Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Inbound

Job Description: ~ Provide customers with the required information related to the product or service/or gather information ~ Use questioning and listening skills that support effective communication ~ Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone ~ Keep one updated with latest US healthcare rules & regulations ~ Apply critical thinking and critical decision making for completing tasks ~ Notify Supervisor when an incident or situation may require escalation to a higher level ~ Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations ~ Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation ~ Prepare standard reports using Excel spreadsheets and MS Word documents ~ Other duties as assigned ~ Good inter-personal, problem solving and analytical skills and equipped with learning abilities ~ Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements ~ Identify process improvements, offers solutions and communicates recommendations to management Desired Profile: ~ Excellent communication skills in English (Both Oral and written) ~ 0-1 year of International BPO experience (Freshers can also apply) ~ Good leadership & analytical skills ~ Willing to work in 24/7 environment ~ An inherent quality of being a good team player with zeal to succeed ~ Should be available to join ASAP Other Details: Process: US healthcare. 5 days working & 2 days weekly off.
