Your role is critical in bringing our company purpose to fruition through technology solutions that are easy-to-use and beneficial.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign & System Integration:\nCollaborate with clients and project teams to implement custom solutions.\nIntegrate audio, video, lighting, shades, video conferencing, alarm, cameras, networks, and control systems.\nEnsure systems are compatible with existing or emerging technologies.\nInstallation & Implementation:\nPerform the physical installation of equipment, including displays, speakers, projectors, video conferencing, cameras, alarm and control systems.\nProgram and configure systems for optimal performance, including calibration and testing for sound quality, video clarity, and overall functionality.\nClient Interaction & Training:\nBuild strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.\nTrain end-users on how to operate their systems effectively, ensuring they can confidently use the equipment to meet their needs.\nAble to clearly communicate with other professionals such as architects, designers, contractors, builders, electricians, etc.\nMaintenance & Troubleshooting:\nPerform regular maintenance checks to ensure systems are performing as designed.\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, either remotely or on-site, to minimize disruption to the client.\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nMaintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and installations.\nProvide reports to management and clients, outlining project timelines, system performance, and any necessary follow-up actions.\n\nQualifications:\nTechnical Expertise:\nExtensive knowledge of all systems listed above and timeframe required to complete.\nProficiency in reading and creating schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to system designs.\nExperience:\n3+ years of both integration and customer service experience.\nHands-on experience in both commercial and residential environments.\nWillingness to travel for out-of-town projects and training.\nCertifications:\nCertification credentials from industry leaders such as Control4, URC, CEDIA, ProSource, AESBL, etc. are preferred.\nDriver’s license and clean driving record.\nSkills:\nProfessionalism:\nPositive attitude, good customer service, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.\nStrategic and Creative Thinking:\nAdept at approaching situations with innovative solutions and long-term thinking.\nProblem-Solving and Judgment:\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a passion for working with cutting-edge technology.
