In this hands-on role, you will operate commercial vehicles, hydro-vac equipment, combo units, and equipment transport trailers in support of underground utility, water, and sewer projects throughout Tennessee.\n\nYou will also be responsible for safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials and heavy machinery while supporting field crews with hydro-vac and underground utility operations. If you take pride in maintaining equipment, prioritize jobsite safety, and want to build a long-term career with a respected industry leader, we want to hear from you.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact\n\nSafely operate Class A commercial vehicles, combo units, hydro-vac trucks, and equipment transport trailers.\nPerform hydro-vac operations, including high-pressure water jetting and vacuum recovery, alongside field crews.\nLoad, secure, transport, and unload materials and heavy machinery using proper tie-downs, chains, and straps.\nPerform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT, OSHA, and company requirements.\nAssist field crews with jobsite logistics, material movement, and equipment positioning as needed.\nComplete accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.\nMaintain clean, organized, and properly serviced vehicles and equipment.\nPromptly report mechanical, equipment, or safety concerns.\nFollow all company safety procedures while working around underground utilities, equipment, and active jobsites.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\nValid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.\nTanker Endorsement is needed. If you do not currently have it, you must be willing to obtain it.\nCommercial driving and/or hydro-vac operating experience.\nAbility to safely load and secure materials and heavy equipment for transport.\nAbility to lift up to 75 lbs., assist with manual field tasks, and work outdoors in varying conditions.\nStrong commitment to safe vehicle, equipment, and jobsite operations.\nWillingness to travel based on project needs.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience\n\nPrevious experience operating combo trucks, hydro-vac trucks, or vacuum units within the water, sewer, or underground utility industry.\nAir Brake Endorsement.\nConfined Space Entry and OSHA 10 Certifications are a plus.
