This role reports to the Senior Video Designer and involves working on projects alongside the Video Producer and Creative Studio Director. You will assist in developing motion graphics and video assets for conferences, virtual events, brand experiences, and digital campaigns. This is a global team, so the role requires working across various regions and time zones. The ideal candidate is passionate about video design and eager to contribute to high-impact, global solutions.Your contributionsAssist the Senior Video Designer in the creation of motion graphics, animations, and video content for live and virtual events, social media campaigns, and digital mediaCollaborate closely with the Creative Studio Director and Video Producer on motion graphic inspiration, music selection, and stock imagery sourcingParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for visual storytelling and animation techniquesWork with graphic designers to create and animate lower thirds, title cards, transitions, and other graphic elementsSupport the internal marketing team by building from a creative brief, contributing to internal work and award-winning case studiesAssist with editing video footage and integrating motion graphics into video projects.Maintain project files, asset libraries, and ensure proper organization of all creative materialsWork collaboratively with areas of the business, including both creative and technical production teamsResearch potential AI use cases for video creationStay up-to-date with current design trends, animation techniques, and industry softwareTake and apply feedback from creative leads to refine animations and graphicsHelp prepare deliverables for internal reviews, client approvals, and final distributionBring enthusiasm, inspiration and fresh ideas to the team, and flexibility and adaptability while working with global teams across multiple time zonesWhat We Are Looking ForCandidates can either be college students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to change their career.No Previous Experience RequiredWorking towards a degree in Video Production, Post Production, Motion Graphic Design or a related fieldCan work in Adobe Creative Cloud; After Effects a mustPremiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator knowledge a plusInterest in emerging AI tools and technologiesUnderstanding / interest of post production workflowUnderstanding / interest of video output specs; such as codecs, compression, frame rates, etcEssential time management skills to ensure timely completion of design projectsDemonstrate initiative and ability to work both independently and in a teamAt FIRST, we believe that our success is driven by the passion, creativity, and commitment of our teams.
