This role is designed to provide hands-on experience working with children while building leadership, communication, and responsibility skills in a supportive environment.\nMajor Areas of Responsibility / Essential Functions\nSupport counselors, instructors, and campers throughout the camp day\nModel positive behavior, appropriate boundaries, and professionalism\nAssist with games, activities, and transitions between program components\nSupport campers who may need additional guidance or assistance\nHelp prepare, organize, and clean up materials and program spaces\nFollow daily schedules, routines, and staff expectations\nReceive feedback from supervisors and apply it to daily work\nParticipate in daily morning and afternoon gatherings or rallies\nCommunicate questions, concerns, or camper needs to leadership\nOther duties as assigned to support the overall success of the summer program\nProgram Areas May Include\nAdventure Programs: Assisting with traditional camp activities, games, and group supervision\nInnovation Programs: Supporting classroom-based activities, projects, and student learning\nQualifications & Skills\nDesigned for students aged 16–17.
