Duties include but are not limited to: General machine set-up and troubleshooting, utilizing safe operating procedures, and collaboration with team members throughout the facility.Overtime: May be required depending on machine / area, volunteer opportunities, cross training opportunities.How You’ll Make An Impact…Set-up machine(s) per customer/order specification (make-to-order products)Troubleshoot and adjust machine controls and componentsCommunicate with other departments to request raw materials and supplies to eliminate the need for downtimeDocument and explain all production data according to proceduresObserve the operation of the machine to detect and correct machine malfunctionsPerform quality inspectionsNote: Other duties may be requiredWhat Do You Bring…High School Diploma or GED required, 4+ years of manufacturing experience preferredComprehend and apply basic reading, arithmetic, and geometry (testing required)Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper, and micrometerAbility to multi-task and work with little supervision in a team environmentPhysical requirements – lift and manipulate unwieldy parts weighing between 50 - 100 lbs, depending on the machine and work in a not climate-controlled environment.Ability to train others and willingness to cross-trainWhat do we offer?Signing bonusMedical insurance with an accompanying health savings account, vision and dental insurance, accrued PTO401k plan with company match, Company paid basic life and AD&D insurance, STD and LTDEmployee assistance programEmployee referral programAdditional company programs include: Wellness, clothing allowance, computer loan, and tuition reimbursementAn award-winning atmosphere!
