With over 120 offices in 40 countries worldwide, our unique shareholder management model enables you to benefit from Global implementation experience and expertise across all industry sectors, coupled with vital in-country knowledge and service at the local level.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE :\nDrive established route to deliver products to assigned locations.\nPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle prior to commencing route.\nAlways adhere to safe and courteous operation of delivery vehicle.\nComplete all required paperwork daily, including Department of Transportation logbook and driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR).\nReport to work in adherence to company uniform standards (e.g., neat, clean, and properly attired).\nAdhere to all Safety regulations and perform all duties in a safe manner.\nPlan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods.\nLoad and unloaded cargo make sure safety equipment is being utilized.\nEnsure cargo is secured properly compliant with safety requirements.\nCommunicate changes to delivery schedules, delays, arrivals and/or equipment problems as encountered\nFollow/adhere to all traffic laws.\nMaintain vehicle, product, and equipment tidy and in good working order.\nWork flexible hours which include early morning (i.e., 4:00a.m. – 6:00a.m. start times), evenings and/or Saturday’s; Overtime will be required at times.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nComply with SEKO’s C-TPAT Security Profile.\nParticipate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nREQUIREMENTS :\nExcellent accuracy and attention to detail skills to process large numbers of deliveries.\nStrong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships\nKnowledge of other MS Office Suite and/or software applications related to job functions.\nExcellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills.\nKnowledge with GPS navigation technology.\nKnowledge of delivery area and alternate routes.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :\nMinimum:\nHigh school diploma/GED and 2-5 years driving experience in a distribution environment.\nMust be Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).\nMust be Department of Transportation (DOT) certified.\nClass A Commercial Driver’s License required.\nExperience with route delivery/driving.\nPreferred:\nNone\nSPECIALIST CERTIFICATIONS :\nNone\nCompensation and Benefits\nBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).\nCompensation\nThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $27 - $39 USD per year.
