We invite you to apply and join a team of highlyskilled,and highly passionate people.\nAssociate HRM at Ditch Witch:\nProvides human resources support to employees and supervisors within The Toro Company’s Perry manufacturing facility, a site of approximately 1,200 employees. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role implements HR processes and programs that promote fairness, consistency, and employee engagement.\nWhat Will You Do?\nIn order togrow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you willbe responsible for:\nExecute daily HR processes including onboarding, attendance tracking, performance-review coordination, and documentation management.\nProvide timely, accurate responses to supervisor inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and general HR practices.\nMaintain integrity of employee data, files, and reporting within Workday.\nPrepare recurring reports and dashboards on attendance, turnover, corrective actions, and other HR metrics.\nAdvise supervisors on applying policies consistently and documenting performance or conduct issues appropriately.\nAssist the HR Manager with investigations, follow-ups, and case tracking.\nHelp identify trends in attendance, engagement, and turnover to inform site initiatives.\nSupport execution of engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives.\nEnsure onboarding and orientation activities are executed consistently and effectively.\nCoordinate site training sessions in partnership with the Talent COE and HR Manager.\nServe as a reliable HR resource to employees while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.\nAudit HR files and records for compliance with legal and company standards.\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations.\nSupport in implementing HR programs and initiatives that align site practices with enterprise priorities.\nParticipate in HR projects and continuous-improvement efforts as assigned.\nDemonstrate initiative, ownership, and accountability for work outcomes.\nWhat Do You Need?\nTo be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:\nAssociate’s degree required.\n1–3 years of HR experience required.\nAbility to be a change agent and influence teams to shift quickly as business needs evolve/change.\nDemonstrated ability to build relationships, coach and influence while gaining buy-in and driving results.\nMust be able to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.\nKnowledge of relevant human resources-related laws and regulations and the ability to conduct or assist with investigations, maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.\nExceptional communication/ people skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills.\nEnergetic, driven and enthusiastic, and able to cultivate a fast-paced, change-oriented workplace.\nHRIS experience; Workday system is a plus.\nManufacturing experience, preferred.\nRequired to be local and able to come onsite daily to Perry campus.\nWhat Can We Give You?\nAt Ditch Witch, we are always working to make sure our employees know just how valued they are.
