This includes overseeing system installs, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, communicating with internal teams, and helping train and guide junior installers.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced installer who wants to take ownership of projects, lead by example, and continue building a long-term career with a growing HVAC company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the installation of HVAC systems, equipment, and replacement components in accordance with company standards and safety requirementsMeasure, fabricate, and install custom ductwork, fittings, and related materials as neededSupervise and support HVAC Installer Helpers while helping them build their skillsComplete required job documentation accurately and on timeCommunicate clearly with dispatch, management, and installation team members to keep jobs running smoothlyKeep company vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials clean, organized, and properly stockedRepresent Cloud Comfort HVAC professionally in customer homes and on job sitesMaintain a clean, professional appearance and provide a positive customer experienceParticipate in ongoing training and development to continue improving technical and leadership skillsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experienceStrong working knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and applicable codesCFC Certification Type I & II requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong leadership, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work independently while also managing and supporting a teamKnowledge of N.C.
