Full-time Nanny Needed in Near Westport, CT

Location: Fairfield, CT Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am,-7pm Compensation: $25 hourly for first 40 hours and 20 hours of overtime pay at $37.50/Hourly weekly amount before taxes $1,750.00 Car Provided: Yes A tight knit family of three is looking for an engaging and organized Nanny for their 6-year-old boy who is very active and smart. They need a warm, patient, and caring person who can set boundaries and help with his development. School Drop off and pick up is needed, so the nanny must have a license and a car to get to and from work. A family car will be provided for use during the day. Candidates with a warm personality and ability to foster a strong relationship are welcome! The family hopes you will enjoy your time together while taking him to after-school activities, such as the park, library, or local children's museums. Scheduling and facilitating playdates would be helpful as family moved this year and they are still making connections. During the day when he is in school, family requires support with light housekeeping related to the child, family laundry, and light errands such as occasional grocery shopping, drycleaning and post office runs. On school holidays when he is home from school, the focus will be on childcare. During the summer months the routine will be similar to the school year as he is in camp full time. Parents work a hybrid role in the city and from home but have a designated workspace and understand the importance of giving the nanny autonomy.
