The Web Developer will develop, configure, administer, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise web-mapping applications and the supporting geospatial infrastructure.\n\nThe Web Developer must have extensive experience with Esri ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server solutions, web-development technologies, server-side software, and technical problem-solving in a Department of Defense environment.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Bachelor’s degree.\n* Minimum of five years of experience using, configuring, and administering Esri ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server solutions.\n* Ability to modify existing web-mapping applications or create new applications using JavaScript, Dojo AMD, HTML5, and CSS.\n* Proficiency with server-side software, including Internet Information Services (IIS), ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, and Oracle.\n* Experience troubleshooting desktop, web, database, and server issues in a Department of Defense environment.\n* Strong written, verbal, and public-speaking communication skills.\n* Willingness and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.\n* Current CompTIA Security+ certification. This is a mandatory screening qualification.\n\n*Desired Qualifications*\n\n* Master of Science degree in a scientific or technical discipline.\n* Experience with and knowledge of advanced relational database concepts.\n* Experience with the Department of the Air Force GEO Program.\n* Proficiency with additional web-development technologies, including HTML, HTML5, CSS, JSP, ASP, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, REST, and SQL.\n* Experience designing user-friendly websites and interfaces.\n* Familiarity with SharePoint, Apache Tomcat, Java Development Kit (JDK), and the Apache Tomcat Connector (mod\\_jk).\n* Experience securing web-mapping applications.\n* Proficiency configuring and administering Oracle databases.\n* Knowledge of the Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE).\n* Ability to produce clear and effective technical documentation.\n\n*Security Clearance*\n\nApplicant must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a *Secret* clearance.\n\n*Work Location*\n\nThis is a full-time, on-site position located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.
