People like you.\nVisit our\ncareers\npage to see what exciting opportunities and company\nperks\nawait!\nJob Description:\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for System level Analog Mixed Signal Verification and Power integrity for the future generations of microcontrollers and wireless products.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead/Contribute Sub-system, Chip level AMS and spice simulations for SoCs.\nClosely interact with SoC design, Architect and Analog design teams.\nReview and understand SoC specifications and IO Manager.\nAMS and spice simulations planning and review with SoC teams.\nPI/SI simulations including Die Pad ring, package, and PCB models.\nLead/Contribute development of PISI, AMS simulation methodologies/flows.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nBachelor/Master’s degree in EE or equivalent with 12+ years of experience.\nExperience with Sub-system, Chip level AMS and spice simulations.\nGood understanding of analog IPs Buck, LDO, ADC/DAC, PLL, BG etc.\nSimulation experience using Cadence, Questa ADMS, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent tools.\nExperience in debugging silicon issues.\nReview and understand chip level electrical specifications and requirements\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global team is essential\nPreferred\nExperience in spice simulations and circuit level debug is a plus.\nExperience in SI/PI simulations.\nExperience with IO functionality, Ethernet, DDR, etc. is a plus.\nTravel Time:\n0% - 25%\nPhysical Attributes:\nHearing, Seeing, Talking\nPhysical Requirements:\n80% sitting, 10% walking, 10% standing\nMicrochip Technology Inc is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
