Construction Manager – Luxury Residential DevelopmentCentral Dallas, TX | 1099 Contract | $100K–$120K + Bonus IncentivesOur client, a growing luxury residential developer based in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end duplex and townhouse community projects in Central Dallas.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day construction operations for luxury duplex and townhouse developmentsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedulesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standardsConduct site inspections and oversee quality control for custom finishes and workmanshipCollaborate with ownership, architects, designers, and consultants throughout constructionTrack project progress, resolve field issues, and maintain safe, organized job sitesQualifications5+ years of construction management experience in luxury residential, custom homes, townhomes, or multifamily developmentStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site managementAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing multiple trades and subcontractorsKnowledge of Dallas-area construction and permitting processes preferredCompensation & Opportunity$100K–$120K base compensationPerformance-based bonus incentivesInitial 1099 contract positionStrong potential to convert into a permanent full-time role as the project pipeline continues to expandThis role is ideal for a hands-on Construction Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality residential projects and is looking to grow with an ambitious luxury developer.
