Duties include managing the development and maintenance of complex program schedules including resource loading, cost/schedule integration, and schedule analysis. This position also supports the programs in developing plans and integrating inputs from all programs. Qualified candidates will interface with all elements of the program team to develop and support regular maintenance of the program integrated master schedule. The position will require occasional travel to L3 and supplier locations.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nDevelop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.\n\nPerform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and program schedules are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.\n\nPerform Schedule Risk Analysis, integrate Subcontractor effort, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.\n\nUtilize Gantt, milestone charts, Critical and Driving paths, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.\n\nLead and participate in scheduling status reviews.\n\nCoordinate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and cross‑functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) members in the development, maintenance, and analysis of work package schedules.\n\nWork within a team environment to provide insights into program scheduling trends and best practices to assist program teams with formulating achievable program schedules.\n\nManage Risk and Opportunity in the IMS.\n\nEnd‑to‑end ownership of maintenance and coordination of schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.\n\nIdentify and recommend insightful mitigation plans, to ensure the IMS is used as a predictive model and remains a valued management tool for the program.\n\nSimultaneously support multiple schedules of varying complexity.\n\nDevelops process improvements to achieve program goals.\n\nMentor program teams and CAMs in schedule best practices and Earned Value methodologies.\n\nMust be willing to travel to various subcontractor/supplier sites.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum 9 years planning experience or 7 years minimum related experience with graduate degree. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.\n\nDemonstrated Experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries.\n\nExperience with schedule health metrics (e.g. DCMA 14‑point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis – such as CEI, BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.\n\nU.S. Citizenship required.\n\nPreferred Additional Skills\n\nFamiliarity with DOD contracts and requirements.\n\nAble to work within tight deadlines and multi‑task various projects in an organized manner required.\n\nCritical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and quality of product deliverables.\n\nSkilled in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, Word and PowerPoint.\n\nFamiliarity with external EVMS reporting and related requirements.\n\nExperience with MS Project to Cobra cost/schedule integration.\n\nExperience with FullMonte SRA, SSI Tool, and OnePager Pro.\n\nL3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
