A production supervisor will also provide technical hands on leadership to the production staff. Must also convey a professional attitude towards all employees while recognizing the responsibility to meet production schedules.\n\nDuties and responsibilities\n\nSafely perform assigned tasks completely and efficiently. Comply with department policies, procedures and work instructions including the TASUS Quality Management System\nUnderstand and ensure team is following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)\nHandle performance, disciplinary and attendance issues. Review employee performance as outlined in handbook\nComplete shift documents and reports\nEffectively communicate with other departments and escalate appropriate issues within their department\nAssist production staff with TPS meetings and projects.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in direct supervisor.
