The manager will oversee corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.\r\nStrategist\r\nRecognized authority internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques. Provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives. Integrates advanced technology, theories or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units. Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs. Champions large projects that effect the company's long-range goals and objectives.\r\nProvide dedicated program management for critical Cyber programs execution and outcomes delivery, ensuring disciplined Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response, EOL/EOS, Enterprise Directory upgrades, governance, risk, compliance, Lab assessments, and remediation.\r\nCore Responsibilities\r\nOwn end to end execution for Cyber program workstreams\r\nBuild and manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs\r\nDrive weekly execution cadence, issue resolution, and leadership reporting\r\nCoordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners\r\nProactively identify risks and upscale with clear mitigation options\r\nRequired Program Management Skills\r\nCybersecurity enterprise program/project management\r\nProven delivery of large, multi workstream initiatives\r\nStrong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management skills\r\nAbility to translate technical execution into exec ready communication\r\nTechnical Skills Required (Cyber Programs)\r\nVulnerability Management, Detection and Response (Logging, Red Teaming, TTX)\r\nNetwork Segmentation, IAM/PAM – RBAC / JEA, ABAC\r\nSailPoint Integration\r\nWorking knowledge of network and firewall security concepts\r\nManaging dependencies with IT, networking, and external vendors\r\nCoordination of platform integrations\r\nAudit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validation\r\nAbility to explain technical gaps to nontechnical stakeholders\r\nExperience working in complex, matrixed IT Infrastructure organizations\r\nStrong comfort with Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, Smartsheet and status dashboards\r\nQualifications\r\nFirst Level University degree.
