This position will translate business needs into practical AI solutions while ensuring appropriate data security, privacy, accuracy, and responsible use of AI.\r\nReports To: Business Administrator\r\nLocation: On-site, Findlay, Ohio 45840\r\nType: Full-Time\r\nJob Duties:Help establish an overall roadmap for responsible AI adoption throughout the organization.\r\nBuild and maintain AI tools, apps and automations for departments across the organization\r\nPartner with leadership to identify priorities and turn them into working solutions\r\nEvaluate existing dealership processes and identify repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient tasks that may benefit from technology\r\nDevelop recommendations for AI implementation based on business needs, potential return on investment, ease of implementation, and employee impact.\r\nMaintain an understanding of dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, BDC/Internet, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Marketing.\r\nFollow company IT and data security standards\r\nConduct training sessions for employees and management as needed\r\nQualifications:Degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or relevant work experience\r\nHands on experience building with AI tools\r\nCuriosity, an entrepreneurial mindset\r\nProblem solving skills and clear communication skills with non-technical coworkers.\r\nAutomotive or dealership experience is a plus\r\nAbility to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nAbility to understand business processes and translate business needs into technology solutions.\r\nConfidentialityThe AI Solutions Developer will have access to confidential business, customer, employee, financial, and operational information.
