We maintain a drug-free workplace.Minimum Qualifications:Fluent in English and SpanishHigh School Diploma requiredAt least one year of experience in a hospital business office or medical accounts receivable environmentWorking knowledge of credit, collections, and customer service principlesStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document account activity and interact professionally with patients and clientsAbility to follow established collection processes in accordance with client guidelinesProficiency with personal computers and automated dialing systemsKnowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and client-specific policies and proceduresPreferred Qualification:Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) credential is a plus
