Pay Rate: $55/hr. on W2Duration: 26 Weeks | Temp-to-HireShift: Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pmJob SummarySeeking a skilled Network Field Engineer to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites. This role focuses on LAN/WAN support, network troubleshooting, and implementation of network solutions in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and strong problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain LAN/WAN networks and ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot network issues, including routers, switches, firewalls, and connectivity problemsPerform installation, configuration, and firmware upgrades on Cisco devicesMonitor network operations and respond to break/fix incidentsAssist in implementing network upgrades and improvementsWork with cross-functional teams to resolve application and network performance issuesMaintain documentation using tools like VisioParticipate in on-call rotationEnsure compliance with network security best practices and HIPAA standardsRequired Skills & Experience2–4+ years of hands-on networking experienceStrong knowledge of:TCP/IP, LAN/WANRouting protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRPCisco device configuration and troubleshootingExperience with:Switch configuration & port activationFirmware upgradesFirewalls, routers, printers, and PCsAbility to analyze network performance and implement solutions independentlyExperience with network documentation tools (Visio)Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Avaya systemsFamiliarity with ServiceNowKnowledge of HIPAA complianceCCNA certification (or actively pursuing)Bachelor’s Degree (Associate’s required/preferred equivalent experience)
