IT Support Specialist

Premier Staffing Unlimited is seeking a client-focused IT Support Specialist for a growing technology services company in Columbus, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting clients, and working across a variety of systems and environments. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and assist with resolving technical issues, device setup, and IT support projects. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical issues across PC, Mac, mobile devices, networking, and server environments via phone, email, and occasional on-site support Configure and deploy new computers and devices Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance Assist with IT projects such as server setups, network improvements, and communication system upgrades Collaborate with team members on more complex technical issues Provide professional on-site support for client environments when needed Maintain accurate notes and documentation for support requests Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required Qualifications Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure Reliable transportation required for occasional client visits Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record required Prior IT support or help desk experience preferred Additional Requirements Must pass a background check Drug-Free Workplace Clean MVR required About Premier Staffing Unlimited Premier Staffing Unlimited partners with companies across Georgia to connect talented professionals with career opportunities.
