In this role you will partner with the Product Marketing team, regional integrated campaigns teams and the broader marketing organization to ensure plans are executed and delivered on time via our established process.\n\nWe are looking for someone who operates with the highest levels of organization, enjoys collaborating with a range of stakeholders and who possesses a strong desire to learn and grow. You are always ready to “roll up” your sleeves and dig into details and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nResponsible for coordinating multiple concurrent programs, varying in size and complexity.\nServe as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for issues and updates.\nProactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.\nBuild material(s) that can be consumed at various levels of the organization – from executive-level presentations to status reports for project teams.\nOrganize, facilitate, and drive status meetings. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes to all team members.\nContinually refine our release process, including tools and processes in partnership with the Integrated Campaigns team and PMM.\nAssist the broader Marketing PMO team with process improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing sessions, process documentation, and other projects as needed.\n\nWhat you need to succeed:\n7+ years of experience in program management or operations.\nDemonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nHigh degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to absorb new concepts\nFamiliarity with project management tools (Workfront preferred) and methodologies.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication, written, and verbal skills.\nMBA or advanced degree a plus.\n\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 -- $245,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.\n\nAt Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
