This includes working a cashier or cook position while supervising staff. Exceptional customer service is a major requirement.\r\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\r\nPerforms all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.\r\nEnsures that each Guest receives outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service.\r\nTrains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.\r\nPractices inventory control standards.\r\nEnsures store policies are being followed by all staff members.\r\nEnsures appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.\r\nOpens and/or closes the Restaurant and meets required work hours.\r\nManages and motivates the crew members.\r\nCoordinates breaks effectively and quickly.\r\nAssembles and packages orders according to the Wingstop standard.\r\nAssists all other positions when necessary.\r\nAssists in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift.\r\nEnsures that all crew members are always health and safety conscious.\r\nResolves customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.\r\nEnsures that the store is clean at closing. All equipment is accounted for and put back, trash is covered and packed neatly, floors are swept and mopped, and all other daily closing procedures are followed.\r\nAdditional Duties\r\nPromotes the Wingstop Brand and upholds the mandatory operating requirements including QSC requirements.\r\nEnforces the Wingstop uniform and jewelry policy.\r\nEnsures that each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.\r\nControls cash, accounting for voids and refunds.\r\nMeets daily and weekly cleaning tasks.\r\nEnsures order quote times are met and adjusted for peak business hours.\r\nAvoids overtime for the crew unless it is an emergency and approved by the general manager.\r\nMaintains a well-managed Kitchen and organized positions during peak periods.\r\nThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.\r\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
