In this role, you will be instrumental in managing projects to support adding functionality within SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and OpenText. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects, a deep understanding of HRIS systems, and excellent leadership and communication skills. As a Technical Project Manager for HRIS projects, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS solutions to support the HR department's strategic goals.\nKeyResponsibilities:\nProject Planning and Execution:\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver HRIS solutions on time.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.\nStakeholder Management:\nGather and document project requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.\nCommunicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders regularly.\nSystem Implementation and Integration:\nDrive and support the implementation of new HRIS solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.\nWork closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.\nQuality Assurance and Testing:\nDevelop and execute testing plans to ensure HRIS solutions meet functional and technical requirements.\nIdentify and resolve issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on HRIS or related systems.
