This role is responsible for tracking lease obligations, identifying landlord non-compliance, and driving resolution through structured follow-up and escalation.CompensationBase Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 per year Up to $105,000 for highly experienced candidates (100+ lease portfolio experience) Performance-based bonus tied to issue resolution and compliance outcomes What You Will DoReview and abstract commercial leases, including landlord obligations, tenant obligations, default clauses, and cure periods Build and maintain a centralized lease tracking system across all locations Identify and track landlord compliance issues (repairs, maintenance, structural, HVAC, access) Prepare summaries of lease violations and coordinate escalation with leadership and legal counsel Communicate directly with landlords and property managers to drive issue resolution Track lease expirations, renewal timelines, and risk exposure Maintain documentation of all correspondence and actions taken Provide weekly reporting on portfolio status, active issues, and resolution progress Requirements3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or property management Experience managing multiple locations or lease portfolios Strong ability to read and interpret contracts Highly organized with strong attention to detail Persistent follow-up and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Why This RoleDirect ownership of a multi-location commercial portfolio High visibility with executive leadership Measurable impact on cost control and operational risk Fully remote with clear accountability ObjectiveEstablish full control over lease obligations, enforce landlord accountability, and reduce financial and operational risk across the portfolio.
