" Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions. " Promote preventive care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. " Ensure continuity of care for assigned patients. " Refer patients to specialists when necessary. " Make independent decisions on moderately complex to complex medical issues. " Contribute to departmental initiatives and care quality improvements. Required Qualifications: " Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution. " Minimum 5+ years of relevant clinical experience. " Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. " Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. " Active DEA License. " Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. " This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the client/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Preferred Qualifications: " Specialty in Internal Medicine.
