Our team works diligently to uphold transparency and provide superior verification services institutions can trust.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Verification Associate based in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and processing admissions documents, communicating with applicants and institutions to confirm the validity of provided information, and maintaining detailed and accurate records. You will also be handling sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy policies and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in verifying and handling confidential documentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with data entry and record-keeping processesBasic knowledge of educational institutions and admissions processes Proficiency in computer systems and office productivity softwareHigh school diploma or GED required, College Degree PreferredMust be able to pass a 1 minute typing test (55 or > WPM with 95% accuracy)Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasksCompensation and BenefitsThe pay for this position is $17-$23 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
