This position will cover our Anoka and Hennepin County locations.\n\nThis position offers a hybrid work schedule with the ability to work remotely. A successful candidate will need to meet with the people we serve in the community as well as the Employment Consultants they supervise.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCommunication – Speak clearly; listen to others; write effectively; establish relationships; act with integrity; establish trust.\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with stake holders both internally and externally\nTrain new employment consultants when hired\nSupervise and support team members doing competitive community job placements for people served by the CSE team\nAssign cases to team members with input from the Program Manager and Program Director\nAssist Program Manager with program management and oversight\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with community partners and address issues and concerns raised by partners or the people we serve\nConduct hiring process for team members including updating job postings, setting performance expectations, and following Rise’s interviewing and selection process\nEnsure team members provide case management services including the efficient, timely and accurate use of documentation in our case management software system\nFacilitate new intakes into the program, ensuring that all the necessary documentation is accurate and up to licensing standards\nTroubleshoot and problem solve service authorization/funding issues with Rise staff and outside entities\nRequirements:\nAbility to work with diverse groups including team members, the people we serve, community partners and internal management\nExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills with strong ability to problem solve\nProficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.) and interest to learn and become proficient in case management software system\nCurrent, valid driver's license and driving record that demonstrates safe, legal driving habits\nCompliance with Rule 11 and MVR background check required\n1 year of related work experience preferred\nBachelor degree in human services or a related field preferred\nKnowledge of various supported employment service delivery models and job development and job retention skills preferred\nPrevious experience practicing person-centered practices with people with disabilities or other barriers to employment\n\nBenefits\n\nWage: $48,068.80 - $51,896.00 annually depending on qualifications\n\nMedical insurance - single employee coverage less than $90/month\nDental insurance less than $17/month\nVision insurance\n401(k) with a 100% vested employer match\nRise sponsored Basic Life & AD &D insurance\nVoluntary Life, Short Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nTuition reimbursement and Rise sponsored trainings (i.e., CPR, First Aide, and more) to help you be successful in your role\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid Time Off (PTO) starts at 16 days during your first year, plus 2 floating holidays, and 48 hours of ESST time per year\nEmployee resource groups (i.e., DEI, LGBTQ+, recognition and more).\nA fun team environment that supports your professional development and opportunities for career advancement.\nRise is a PSLF-eligible employer.
