Customer Service/Scheduler

Customer service representative is an entry-level, fast paced, multi-tasking, customer focused position. The pay is above average with commission/bonus incentive programs as you progress with our company. Our Membership sales associates are responsible for providing the utmost care to our customers and maintaining our facilities in the finest quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to: Greet all customers with a smile and professionalism Assist customers at the express pay terminals (XPTs) with choosing wash options Upselling the unlimited wash plans to our customers This Position requires to be able to Sell we focus and drive our site on unlimited memberships Sales must be willing to speak and communicate effectively in order to drive the membership plans Guiding customers on to the motorized conveyor and having them follow hand prompts Prepping front and rear of vehicles with brushes and soap. We are customer focused driven company so must ensure the highest quality of care to customer and vehicles from interaction at the XPTs to the entrance of the tunnel to the greeting them at the vacuum stations. We are in the business of clean so we must maintain the highest quality of cleanliness from our facilities down to our team members. Assisting in the daily operational and cleanliness required functions of the site (i.e. dumping trash, rotating chemicals, washing and folding towels, sweeping vacuum stations, to cleaning the tunnel at close.) These are just some of the basic daily responsibilities required from a carwash attendant. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities. This position will work at a job site location and be exposed to the weather elements at all times. Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation.
