This role centers on owning the planning and execution of top-priority identity and authentication programs end to end while also helping leadership triage and prioritize across the broader portfolio. The right candidate brings expert-level program management experience, can ramp quickly on a technical engineering domain, and operates with real autonomy across multiple programs at once. Strong written and verbal communication, especially with senior leadership, matters just as much as delivery skill here.   This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the planning and execution of the highest-complexity, highest-priority programs within the Identity organization and across other groupsCoordinate schedules and deliverables closely with other technical program managers and technical leadsCommunicate status, risks, and progress to a mix of business and technical audiences, adjusting the message to the roomFacilitate meetings and presentations with senior leadershipTriage other programs across the org and form recommendations to help leadership prioritizeServe as a subject matter expert in program management, setting the standard for how complex programs get runRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Expert-level program management experience running high-complexity, cross-functional programsProven ability to facilitate communication across disparate technical and business teamsStrong planning, delivery, and problem-solving track recordExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills, especially with senior leadershipAbility to ramp quickly and independently on a new technical engineering domainComfortable running multiple concurrent programs with minimal oversightBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)User access and authentication domain knowledge (IAM, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, identity platforms)Media, streaming, or OTT technology environment experienceFormal project management certification (PMP or similar)Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership on program strategy and prioritizationBackground working across multiple teams without direct authorityPrior experience in a large-scale consumer technology environmentKey Competencies and BehaviorsHighly proactive and detail-oriented, takes initiative without waiting for directionRamps quickly on unfamiliar technical domains without needing heavy oversightStays organized across multiple programs and keeps stakeholders informed on progress and risksComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shiftOwns their programs end to end and follows through without being managed closelyCommunicates with clarity and confidence, especially in front of leadershipWork EnvironmentLocation: Glendale or Santa Monica, CA; or New York, NYSchedule: HybridDuration: 9 monthsCompensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $79.00 and $87.00.
