Forward Deployed Engineer

I’m working with a high-caliber, mission-driven tech team building and deploying systems in National Security high-stakes, real-world environments.They’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)- this is a hands-on customer-facing role where you’ll design and deliver solutions directly with end users.What makes this role exciting:• Work on mission-critical systems with real-world impact• Own end-to-end delivery from problem to production with high ownership• Ship fast: 2–8 week deployment cycles• Not just building - actually deploying and seeing systems in actionWhat you’ll do:• Bridge engineering + customer needs in fast-moving environments• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and production-ready• Travel occasionally for short on-site engagementsWhat they’re looking for:• 3 years of engineering experience• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments• Customer-facing or Forward Deployed experience is a plus• Tech stack flexible — fundamentals matter most• U.S. Citizen (open or eligible for security clearance required)If you’re looking for a role with real ownership, fast execution, and meaningful impact, feel free to apply and we'll get in touch.
