Initially, this role will start remote and later deploy to the work site in Kemmerer, WY.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate the integrated design, commissioning, and operation of plant systems, structures, and integrated analysis of the facility, focusing on Commissioning plan and product development.\nFocus on nuclear island commissioning and plant operations related aspects of the Natrium Demonstration Plant, including scheduling, planning, and testing product development.\nCollaborate with engineers and project management professionals on systems, components, engineering analysis, test planning, and scheduling activities involving plant design, commissioning, and schedule development.\nDevelop and implement commissioning administrative programs and procedures.\nCreate and coordinate an integrated nuclear plant commissioning schedule across multiple organizations.\nProvide expertise regarding nuclear plant regulations, policies, and industry best practices related to commissioning.\nSupport development, maintenance, and refinement of plant and system requirements, specifications, and strategies throughout the lifecycle.\nApply engineering principles to the design of nuclear and industrial facilities and operations.\nLead efforts to evaluate plant control and transient responses, providing recommendations for operational efficiencies.\nOversee and support licensing activities related to Safety Analysis Reports.\nManage and oversee nuclear island commissioning programs, processes, and procedures ensuring testing meets design criteria.\nRequirements\nB.S. degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of direct nuclear power plant experience commissioning safety-related systems and components.\n5+ years of direct experience in commercial nuclear reactor operations, including Senior Reactor Operator qualification or equivalent; Shift Technical Advisor qualification preferred.\nExperience in developing or using nuclear plant commissioning processes and procedures.\nKnowledge of nuclear plant design, complex systems, and structures highly desired.\nExperience with P6 Primavera or similar applications for schedule development preferred.\nUnderstanding of nuclear regulations, work control, maintenance strategies, and operational programs.\nDeep understanding of plant work control processes, operational design philosophies, and plant operations during normal and off-normal events.\nStrong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.\nSelf-starter with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resolve conflicts between objectives.\nExperience working with quality standards NQA-1 or ISO 9001.\nHigh level of trust, integrity, and team-oriented mindset.\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
