This multi-faceted role will manage the personal lines and commercial lines business units to maintain and improve efficiencies, provide training, and enhance technology utilization vital to client retention.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nLeadership - management of account managers and account assistants. This includes setting performance expectations, accountability measures, interviewing and hiring.\nService – participation in planning and execution of the agency’s service standards. Including management of carrier relations, creation and implementation of value-added resources, and implementation of revenue building strategies like cross selling and account rounding.\nTechnology - assesses the department’s use of technology. This includes facilitating the resources necessary to train staff on the efficient and correct use of technology.
