Administrative Assistant / Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorPosition SummaryThis role is responsible for managing day-to-day stockroom operations within an office environment, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, RMA processing, and invoicing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. This position also supports general office functions, so collaboration and flexibility are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all shipping and receiving activities, including verifying, processing, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipmentsOversee RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and proper handling of returned productsMaintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepanciesPrepare, review, and process customer and vendor invoices with a high degree of accuracy and timelinessCoordinate with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to support efficient and cost-effective logistics operationsMaintain organized and up-to-date records for shipments, returns, inventory transactions, and invoicingIdentify process gaps and independently troubleshoot logistics, inventory, and documentation issuesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within inventory and logistics operationsProvide general administrative and office support as neededRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetHands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, RMA processing, and invoicingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracyProven ability to problem-solve independently and take ownership of tasksAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations preferredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs
