Job Title: Hybrid Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator
About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who doesn't want to be stuck behind a desk all day? We are a growing short-term rental management company looking for a right-hand person to help us deliver 5-star guest experiences.
This is a unique "hybrid" role. One morning you might be updating our website or managing social media campaigns; the next, you’ll be on-site ensuring a property is pristine and staged perfectly for our next guest.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Administrative (Remote)
Guest Comms: Handle inquiries, bookings, and troubleshooting via Airbnb platforms.
Web & Social: Maintain our company website and our social media presence on Instagram/TikTok/etc.
Admin: Assist with scheduling cleanings.
2. Operations & Field Work (In-Person)
Turnover Management: Perform high-standard cleaning and professional laundry services between guests.
Quality Control: Conduct "white-glove" inspections and restock essential inventory (toiletries, linens, coffee).
Staging: Ensure the property looks "picture perfect" and functional before check-in.
What We’re Looking For: We are looking for an individual who can preform some or all of these tasks. We are willing to provide training!
The Tech Stack: Proficiency in web platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) and a keen eye for social media trends.
Research and Development: Ability to work with newer AI tools and increase efficiency.
The Hustle: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You have a high standard for cleanliness and an eye for detail.
Reliability: You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel between properties.
Flexibility: Short-term rentals are a 24/7 business. Availability on weekends or specific "turnover hours" (10 AM – 4 PM) is a major plus. We are also flexible to your schedule and are willing to work around your needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
