This hands-on, high impact and fully remote U.S. based role will have the opportunity to influence the future of the company.\nHighlights\nOwn the design, implementation, and support of integrations between NQS and healthcare systems.\nWork with Epic, Cerner, and other EHR platforms using HL7 and FHIR.\nWork in an entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative team.\nJoin a startup company with over 100 healthcare clients and growing!\nFully remote role that has a large business impact.\nHow You'll Contribute\nOwn end-to-end integration delivery from design through production support\nDesign scalable integration architectures across EMR and external systems\nImplement HL7 (ADT, ORU) and FHIR-based integrations\nConfigure and maintain integration engines (Cloverleaf, Mirth)\nLead technical discussions with hospital IT teams\nTroubleshoot production issues with focus on data integrity\nBuild reusable integration patterns\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST standards\n\nExperience and Skills:\nAbout YOU!\n3-6 years hands-on healthcare integration experience\nDirect HL7 and/or FHIR implementation experience\nExperience with Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems\nExperience with integration engines (Cloverleaf, Mirth)\nExperience troubleshooting production interfaces\nExperience working with hospital IT teams\nStrong understanding of secure data exchange\nPreferred\nPython or scripting experience preferred\nAzure or cloud platform experience preferred\nSFTP and batch pipeline experience preferred\nExperience with multi-tenant SaaS systems preferred\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate's qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, JD). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments.
