To include ensuring that work is performed in the safest manner possible while delivering a high-quality product to our customers.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nClimbing and working on top of communications towers; installing, replacing, and repairing antenna equipment\nTakes direction from crew Foreman ensuring safety and quality standards are met while adhering to project budgets and timelines.\nReview documentation with Foreman to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods.\nHelp supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials.\nPerform tower inspections, inventories and other various audits.\nCollect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines.\nAssist with training crew members on proper safety/quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)\nMaintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed.\n\nJob Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n2-3 years of Tower Top Telecommunications experience\nAbility to maintain physical capability to climb daily.\nAbility and knowledge of all type of rigging on various tower types\nAbility to troubleshoot on-site alarms\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the set schedule.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\n\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education\nValid driver’s license preferred with a driving record that meets Company requirements.\nAbility to travel away from home, including weekends.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with a 50 lb. load.\nAbility to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.\nMust pass a background check and drug screen\nValid drivers license\n\nEEOC - Minority/Female/Disability/VeteranNetwork Connex is committed to equal employment opportunities and does not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, domestic partnership status, ancestry, religion, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, disability, veteran status, age, or any other protected status.
