The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET technologies, JavaScript, and SQL Server, along with a strong understanding of modern software development practices.\n\nThe successful candidate will work as part of an Agile development team to design, develop, configure, test, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients to translate requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop, configure, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.\nDevelop and maintain custom CRM functionality, icluding plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.\nDesign and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.\nPerform hands-on development using C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.\nDevelop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies.\nDevelop and maintain SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.\nSupport enterprise application modernization, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.\nTroubleshoot application issues and assist in identifying and implementing effective technical solutions.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team activities.\nCollaborate with senior developers, technical leads, project managers, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities.\nFollow established development, security, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.\nCommunicate technical information, development status, issues, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nQualifications:\n\nEducation and Years of Experience:\n\n3–5 years of software development experience.\nBachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.\n\nRequired Skills & Certifications:\n\nHands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.\nStrong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.\nExperience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.\nStrong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.\nExperience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.\nActive Secret clearance required.\n\nClearance Requirements: Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government security screening and/or a Secret security clearance.\n\nCitizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen\n\nPhysical Requirements: None required for this position.\n\nLocation: Remote, US\n\nMinimum Salary Rate: $102,495 Median Salary Rate: $128,119 Working at DMI:\n\nDMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
