Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics or a related fieldMinimum 1-3 years of full-time experience as a financial or real estate analystCash flow modeling experience in Excel and ArgusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Understanding of financial underwriting techniques and investment return metricsAbility to travel to the job site as required to perform dutiesPrior financial modeling experience is required. Ability to create and update complex financial models including waterfall structuresStrong oral and written communication skillsOutstanding quantitative and analytical skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and display good judgmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced office environment to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to maintain quantity without sacrificing qualityExceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillExtremely strong work ethic and drive to succeedThe base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
