Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system (Point of Sale) - Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Upsell menu items and promote specials - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Process payments and handle cash transactions Experience: - Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus - Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items for effective communication with guests - Ability to upsell and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience - Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Understanding of food service regulations and health codes - Strong interpersonal skills for building positive guest relations Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
