Attention to detail is essential.\n\nLocation: 56 Dow Road, Bow, New Hampshire, 03304\n\nShift: 3rd shift; M-F;10:48 PM – 6:48 AM\n\nPay Rate: $21/hr. plus 12% shift differential\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFollow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements.\nEnsure equipment is safe and operational before use.\nSafely operate production equipment, tools, and material-handling devices.\nFollow work orders, process sheets, and operating procedures.\nLoad, unload, transfer, and process materials throughout production.\nOperate, monitor, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment.\nCollect product samples, package finished goods, and move materials to storage.\nPerform quality checks and monitor process conditions.\nComplete production logs and required documentation accurately.\nIdentify, report, and help resolve process, equipment, or documentation issues.\nMaintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.\nCollaborate with coworkers and management to support safe, efficient operations.\n\nIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?\n\nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent experience\nManufacturing experience, blueprint reading, intermediate math skills, proficiency with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures), and basic computer skills – preferred\nAbility to become proficient and work independently within approximately 3 months. Adequate training will be provided.\n\nPhysical Demands\nRequires frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, hand dexterity, and communication. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling may be required.\n\nVisual Requirements\nRequires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\n\nWork Environment\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment and occasional exposure to heat, fumes, and airborne dust.
