(depends on qualification)Position Description: We are seeking a Lead Integration Engineer with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), specifically supporting enterprise password vault solutions. This is a hands-on, hybrid role ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys solving security and access challenges at scale.You will play a key role in securing enterprise systems, supporting critical infrastructure, and enhancing access control frameworks across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise credential vault and PAM solutionsProvide Tier 2/3 technical support, including troubleshooting complex system, application, and access-related issuesMonitor and manage systems including backup, vulnerability management, incident response, and asset managementAnalyze and troubleshoot encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), web traffic, and network-level issuesSupport and optimize IAM frameworks, including SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, and access controlsAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for privileged identity and access technologiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancementsRecommend and implement improvements to security posture, system performance, and operational efficiencyParticipate in on-call rotation for critical supportRequired Skills/Education:3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Enterprise Password Vault / PAM solutionsStrong expertise in:Identity & Access Management (IAM)Privileged Access Management (PAM)Active Directory / LDAPSingle Sign-On (SSO)Proven experience in Tier 2/3 support and incident resolution in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) and secure communicationsExperience with security tools, monitoring systems, and incident response processesAbility to work independently and handle complex troubleshooting scenariosAssociate s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)Top Must-Haves:Hands-on experience with Enterprise Credential Vault systemsStrong PAM + IAM expertiseProven Tier 2/3 support experienceCurrently employed and able to complete a multi-week onboarding processMust be local to one of the listed FRB locations and able to work hybridAbout Seneca Resources: At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm we are a trusted career partner.
