We are looking for a sharp, professional, and growth-minded Client Care & Experience Coordinator to join our team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, client experience, sales, organization, and being part of a high-performance environment.Role OverviewYou will help create a seamless, elevated client experience while supporting daily spa operations, scheduling flow, memberships, retail, and front desk coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front DeskGreet clients with professionalism, warmth, and confidenceManage check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and confirmationsSupport clients with services, memberships, retail, and skincare recommendationsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environmentOperations & CommunicationCoordinate appointment flow with estheticians and providersManage daily updates through Booker booking softwareHandle calls, texts, confirmations, and reschedules professionallySupport daily spa organization and operational flowGrowth & PerformanceHelp support monthly promotions, memberships, and package salesContribute to a high-standard client experience and team cultureAssist with events, projects, and growth initiatives as the spa expandsQualificationsStrong communication and people skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and dependableProfessional, coachable, and solution-orientedComfortable in a fast-paced client-facing environmentInterest in skincare, wellness, hospitality, or beauty preferredExperience in spas, med spas, hospitality, or customer service is a plusBilingual (Spanish/Persian) is a plus, not requiredSchedule & CompensationPart-timeCompensation starting at $20/hour based on experiencePerformance bonusesEmployee discounts on services and productsGrowth opportunities within the companyWhy This Role MattersThis role plays a key part in creating the client experience and supporting the continued growth of OC Skin Care Center.
