Coordinate and verify background checks, references, licensure, and other onboarding tasks to ensure readiness for start dates. Serve as a key HRIS resource for data entry, support, troubleshooting, and reporting. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other departments for a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding. Organize onboarding logistics, including communication, orientation, documentation, and system access. Maintain accurate workforce records and support Team Services projects and initiatives as assigned. Communicate professionally with applicants, staff, leaders, and external partners, while maintaining strict confidentiality.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.SHRM certification preferred.2+ years of experience in human resources, onboarding, HR operations, or administrative coordination preferred.Experience working within an HRIS platform preferred.Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated environments preferred.Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills required.Attention to detail and organizational skills required.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.Strong customer service and follow-through required.Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment required.Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, Adobe, Docusign and office equipment required.Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows required.Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor required.Benefits (dependent upon eligibility)Excellent Health, Dental and Vision plansGroup Life Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Assistant ProgramLoyalty BonusesGenerous PTO403(b) Retirement PlanReferral BonuShiftMonday - Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pmFull-time, Non-exemptOccasional evenings and weekends as neededMenno Haven is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
