We support career growth, direct mentoring, COMPETITIVE pay based on education and experience, and continuing education.Eugene Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 11:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities And DutiesTake incoming appointment request phone calls/Emails and outside transfers and referralsConduct Pre-Intake Screening on NEW clients If the person is using Private Insurance, ensure all items be are complete before scheduling appointment, including copy of insurance card, collect co-pays, explain out of pocket fees, etc.Complete justification for not admitting, if applicableMaintain Pre-Admission Screening BinderObtain outside records before intake appointment when the client is a transferVerify insurance (OHP, DMAP, PSCS etc.)Schedule admission appointmentsFollow up on no shows and document in systemBuild client chart in computer systemSet up signature and pin,Take client picture,complete consent to treat,obtain all ROIsComplete admission contract packageInform clients of ride share and reimbursement programs.
