Operational Oversight: Ensuring that the property runs smoothly and efficiently, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant satisfaction.\n3. Tenant Relations: Managing interactions with tenants, addressing their needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive living or working environment.\n4. Financial Management: Handling expenses, rent collection, banking, and financial reporting to maintain the property's profitability.\n5.
