You'll oversee the integrity of financial reporting, guide the close and audit processes, strengthen internal controls, and help shape the future of the finance organization.If you love creating order from complexity, mentoring teams, and digging into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, we'd love to connect.What You'll OwnFinancial LeadershipLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Oversee preparation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, and management reporting packages.Ensure financial reporting is timely, accurate, and aligned with U.S. GAAP.Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.Accounting OperationsDrive continuous improvement across accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.Own technical accounting research, policy development, and implementation.Ensure compliance with evolving accounting standards and reporting requirements.Oversee cash management and accounts payable functions.Audit & ComplianceServe as the primary point of contact for external auditors.Lead annual audit preparation, execution, and completion.Maintain a strong internal control environment and support organizational compliance initiatives.Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team.Create scalable processes that support business growth.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What Makes Someone Successful Here✔ CPA designation✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field✔ 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience✔ Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting✔ Experience leading audits, close processes, and accounting operations✔ Proven ability to build processes, improve systems, and drive efficiencies✔ Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also operating strategically✔ Exceptional communication skills and executive presence✔ Experience leading and developing teamsBonus Points ForConsumer products, retail, apparel, lifestyle, or related industry experienceERP implementation or system optimization experiencePrior experience supporting high-growth organizations
