Storm And Sewer ForemanThe Storm And Sewer Foreman supervises field crews performing storm drain and sanitary sewer work on DOT projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with DOT specifications and project plans.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct storm and sewer crewsRead and interpret DOT plans, profiles, and specificationsOversee installation of storm drain, sanitary sewer, manholes, and structuresEnsure proper line, grade, and slope of pipe installationEnforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety requirementsCoordinate daily activities with project management and DOT inspectorsComplete daily reports, timecards, and quantity trackingQualifications3–5+ years of storm and sewer construction experiencePrior foreman or lead experience on DOT projectsStrong knowledge of DOT standards and trench safetyAbility to read construction plans and grade stakesValid driver's licensePreferredOSHA 10 or OSHA 30Confined Space and CPR/First Aid certificationsWork EnvironmentHeavy civil construction sites; outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
