This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,152 – $156,832 annuallyResponsibilities Lead end-to-end program delivery for initiatives, including ambulatory site development and service line expansions Develop program roadmaps, success criteria, KPIs, and reporting frameworks Drive cross-functional alignment among IT, operations, HR, finance, and sales Coordinate teams across IT, clinical operations, finance, and external partners Develop and maintain program plans, risk mitigation strategies, and timelines Facilitate decision-making with clear analyses and recommendations Support communication and change management activitiesQualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred 7+ years in program/project management, ideally in healthcare or growth-focused roles Experience managing technical and operational projects Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive presentation development Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Short-term and long-term disability insurance Group term life insurance with optional voluntary benefits Employee wellness rewards program with engagement incentivesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
