This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on engineering position, excels at solving challenging technical problems, and enjoys driving network architectural improvements across a global manufacturing environment. This role is a Senior Network Engineer who also has experience with network security with firewalls and Zero Trust. This is also a global facing role working across the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and support LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, controllers, access points, and global internet circuits.\nImplement network segmentation initiatives for IT and regional environments (Americas, EMEA, APAC).\nEnforce Zero Trust controls and architect and deliver secure, VPN-less access solutions.\nDeploy and manage global SD-WAN services to optimize performance and cost.\nMaintain firewalls, IP address management, and fault-tolerant network operations.\nMonitor and troubleshoot complex network issues, providing L3-level support and guiding peers.\nSupport data security, disaster recovery, and change control processes.\nCreate and maintain documentation, diagrams, and testing plans.\nRotate on-call responsibilities and coordinate vendor support as needed.\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).\nRequirements:\nBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.\nExpert-level networking certifications required (e.g., CCNA, CCIE, JNCIE).\n8+ years in network design, architecture, and L3 support across WAN/LAN/WLAN.\n3+ years with SDN/SD-WAN and Cloud (Azure preferred).\n3+ years with Fortinet products; experience with Meraki or similar solutions.\n2+ years with Palo Alto SASE.\nDeep multi-vendor switching/routing experience (Cisco, Juniper).\nStrong understanding of TCP//P, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPNs.\nNetwork security experience with Firewalls, Zero Trust. etc.\nExperience troubleshooting wireless networks; Aruba knowledge a plus.\nProficiency with monitoring/diagnostic tools (PRTG, RANCID).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to diagnose complex issues across layers 4-7.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.\nA hands-on, \"roll up your sleeves\" mindset in a resource-constrained environment.\n\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision\n401K match\nVacation, Holidays\n\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
