The Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned location and employees, to include performance management, training, scheduling/coverage, crisis management, client screenings/assessments and required documentation.\n\nFull-Time Employed: 40 hours/week\n\nM-F 8:30a - 5:30p\n\nLocations: Tempe, AZ 85282 and Mesa, AZ 85201\n\nThis role manages two Community Living Program locations\n\nAdditional Language Differential Pay Available\n\nFull Benefits Package, including 401K\n\nGenerous PTO/Sick Time (4+ weeks in year 1)\n\nDuties Include:\n\nDirects program functions;
